Outlook Translators

Trying to import a csv and or excel file and it now ask for a translator.
HOw can I get around since I don't have the CD due to the fact the computer
was purchased with the software installed.

Many OEMs give you a CD containing the install kits, the means to create
them, or allow you to download them from their support web site.
