Outlook tool bar

I have arranged the toolbars on Outlook the way I like it but when I close
the program and open it again it goes back to the default arrangement. Is
there some way that I can lock the tool bar in place so that it stays the way
I like it?

Try a hard reset on the Toolbar first by renaming outcmd.dat to outcmd.old
(it's a hidden file so make sure hidden files are visible to you).

If you use outlook 2003 and BCM or acrobat addin for outlook, the toolbars
will keep resetting. either live with it or try hiding those toolbars - if
that fails you'll need to disable the addins.
