Outlook Today will not display

says page cannot be displayed, I tried re-installing and
repairing from original cd and didn't fix. window pops us
saying c:\documents and settings\owner\application
data\microsoft\addins is not a valid office add in ???
please help
 
What add-ins do you have listed in the following locations: Tools | Options
| Other, Advanced Options, Add-In Manager and COM Add-Ins? Try disabling
them and see if that helps.
