Outlook Today customization

I recently did clean install of W2K OS and Office 2000
w/Outlook, installed all the service packs and patches for
W2K and Office 2K pro and now I can't customize the
Outlook Today page. How can I fix this problem?

Search Microsoft's kowledge base for the phrase "Customize Outlook
Today". Or this newsgroup, for that matter. The URL from M$ft is....
