Outlook to outlook express help pls

I am wanting to change from Outlook (which I had to have for a college
course) back to Outlook Express. How do I do this and how do I save all my
e-mails I currently have in Outlook and transfer them to outlook express.

Thanks, but my problem is, that I can't find outlook express anywhere to
download. I've tried looking on microsoft downloads but there's nothing
there. Where do I get OE from in the first place?

OE is part of windows / explorer & is installed by default, though you may
not have a shortcut.
Its usually located in \Program Files\Outlook Express
Its exe is msimn.exe.

PS If you have a Vista pc, Windows Mail is the new OE, also installed by
default
