Outlook - To-Do Bar

How do I change the filter for what is shown in the To-Do- Bar?

I am, unexplainedly, not able to do that -- I have in the past.

Is is possible to "reset" the To-Do Bar without having to do a reinstall???
 
Right click on the row of field names and choose Custom the edit or reset
the view. If that doesn't work, restart outlook with the /resettodobar
switch or /cleanviews. Note that /cleanviews will wipe out all custom views.

Start>Run (or Start Search)>outlook.exe /resettodobar
