Outlook template emails

Hi

I have created an email which I have saved as an email template in outlook.
However for some reason I cant work out how when I want to create that email
to someone else and use the template How do I open the template? This
should be so simple but I must be thick as I cant find out how to simply use
the template I have created.

If you saved it as an .oft file, just double-click that file that you saved.
