Outlook Tasks

I need to set up a recurring task that is like a tickler
file to remind me to do research on files after a certain
length of time has passed. I am on a network and need
something that others can access if I am not in the office
and my pc account is not active. Any suggestions of how I
might go about this through Tasks (or something) using VB
script? Thanks for the help!

No script involved. Just create a recurring task in your Tasks folder.

As for the network, without information on your mail environment, it's
impossible to know what the capabilities are. See
