Outlook synchronization

Hi,
I have an Exchange 2k3 server in AD 2k3 environment, set behind a 2k4 ISA.
Everything is smooth and fine.
Recently, I set up a POP3 outlook account on my laptop. When connected to
my server through internet, all messages (inbox and sent items) where copied
to my inbox folder in my laptop. Sent itmes foler was empty. Besides, I none
of my contacts showed in my address book. Any known reason for this?

You are expecting too much from the protocol. POP3 is probably not the best
solutio if you are expecting more than your inbox for 'synchronization'.

Since you have Exchange 2003 and ISA, consider RPC over HTTPS.
