Outlook Survey Form Transfer

Hello,
I do local network support for my company, and one of my
users has several surveys created through the Microsoft
Survey Form within Outlook 2000. When I set up a new
computer for the user, I discovered that the surveys are
not stored on the Exchange network, as most of our Outlook
settings are, and I can't seem to find anyone who knows
what/where the file(s) is that needs to be transferred
over on the computer so that my user can still work with
her surveys. The help file makes vague reference to the
Survey Store stored somewhere in a windows subdirectory,
but I can't seem to find a match (or even locate the
correct form) Please let me know. Thanks.

Publish the form to the user's Personal Forms library. See

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
