Why don't you guys learn something from OSS? Outlook really sucks. and I paid
for it.

Lot of options are not there.. I dont even know where to start. But
unfortunately like many other stupid MS products I started a lot of things in
Outloko and is taking a hell a lot of time to migrate to Thunderbird.
Stupidity at its heights...

But the funny thing is you guys recruit the "best " algorithmic etc
scientists just to develop this kind of mediocre software! And people
volunteer their time to develop something that faaar surpasses the best you
paid guys can!

Wonder why the FOSS wasn't founded before MS was founded.

Boy, did you go backwards. Take a look at the rules in Thunderbird.
They suck as bad as those available in Outlook Express, and the rules in
Outlook Express suck compared to those available in Outlook.

Why are you using an e-mail client geared to a corporate environment
when all you want is a personal e-mail client? It's Microsoft's fault
that you were an ignorant consumer?

Yes, we are all endowed with the power to discern what all will
transpire in the future. Tis easy to profess wizardy when it is based
on hindsight. Hindsight is the only perfect science.

Since you are so empowered to know what should be done now and in the
future, please delineate what changes will be made to Internet mail to
secure it and provide absolute trackability and accountability. We'd
very much like to know.
