Outlook Spy help please if there is another way to delete read rec

If there is another way to delete read receipts that won't send please help I
didn't know it was a trial thing then you have to pay for it. There is one
stuck in there can anyone tell me what to do without paying for it.

Outlook Spy is the only method I've seen. Pay for what you use.
