Outlook Signatures and Logos

Hi,

I want to add a signature with a logo in Outlook.

I have followed the directions on how to do so, however
when I send the signature, the logo does not appear, and
the text formating of the signature is made uniform (the
italics and bold text are made normal.)

Have I missed something in creating the signature, or is
it the way the computer on the other end is receiving the
signature?

Any help would be appreciated.
