Outlook Signature

I can not get characters to line up in my Outlok signature. For example.

Tel: 555-567-2345
800-456-3456

The 800 number line with a tab or even if I space over will not line up.

I have tried using notepad and shift-enter in word. The 800 number appears
to be a half a character off. Can someone help me solve this problem?

The issue is that the word "Tel:" never matches any width of combined
spaces. You can use a table or a fixed-width font (such as Lucida Console)
to overcome this.
