Have a question is there a way # 1 to push the signature out to the whole
office.
#2 when having a signature with logo, does it take alot of space on the
exchange server?
thank you

as for the size, send a test message and see how big it is, the first one I
did for the company, a message with nothing, just the logo was over 500K,
that was way too big, we send lots of messages, the sig gets stored with the
sent item, do the math...
Also, for some reason, a 100K logo in the sig resulted in a 500K message,
had to photoshop the logo to get it down to under 10K.

Add the signature to the server, not the individual clients.

Depends. SIgnatures that Outlook uses for sending are on the local PC.
Signatures on outbound messages in the Sent Items folder or on received
messages in a mail folder are all on the Exchange server as data within the
mailboxes.
