outlook signature

My boss has XP Pro. He is wishing to create a signature. If we go to Tools,
there is no mail format tab as discussed in the Help Menu. Is this an install
problem, or something else? Thanks!

That's 'Tools|Options|Mail Format'; what version of Outlook does he have?
