Outlook shuting down right after start

When I start Outlook XP it starts and takes a long time
to load. After it finally is up, it stays for about 4 or
5 secs and then closes down again. There is no error
message or any warning whatsoever, just shuting down.
Can anyone help me with this one? I would really
appreciate it. Thanks
