Outlook should show how to disable/turn off 'safe mode'!

I can't figure out how to disable/turn off 'safe mode'. I checked the office
assistant, but it was not there. Only the option of enabling 'disabled
items'. I called, but that did not help. Should I really have to pay $35 for
this one simple question?? I just want to turn it off!! Pleeeeaaassse help
me!!

why do you want to disable this?
If you get in trouble, you need the safe mode to repair your OL!
