Outlook should pop up contact listing from "Phone caller ID" eg.

It would be good business if when the phone rings with "caller ID" the number
would be flashed then a search of the outlook contacts list. If in your
outlook contacts list the card would popup and all information about the call
would be present. After answering the call additional information could be
noted or a journal could be started. I belive Fax talk Messenger Pro can
display a incomming number on the screen from "caller ID" phone line. this
could be linked to the search function of Outlook contacts. Resulting in the
calling person information right now no search / open program or directory
search .... etc. "User Automatic" is better than User Friendly.
