Outlook should let me define which types of attachments to block.

I hate the fact that Outlook 2003 automatically blocks file types that you
can't change. There should be an option to only receive a warning, or have a
safe list of people from whom you can receive anything.

Actually, Outlook 2003 does let you specify which attachment types are not
blocked. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/esecup/getexe.htm for more
information on how to edit the registry to make this happen.

If you despise editing the registry, I highly recommend Ken Slovak's
Attachment Options addin.
