Outlook should have better options for blocking senders.

Outlook should have better options for blocking senders. This includes
having "Add sender's domain to blocked senders list" on the right-click menu
and an option to add a sender's ID (ex: msh.dhw@). The ability to block an
address like this is essential in fighting spam.

blocking senders is the worst way to block spam - most addresses are used
for spam once.
