Outlook should have an option for top to bottom posting.

I would like to see an option that places the original message first and the
reply/forward message below. This is how we read everything. It's not to
difficult to scroll down and it would make reading an entire correspondence
much easier.

My reply messages are placed in the middle or bottom of my receiver's email.
I would like for my reply to appear first in the thread.

How do I reset this? I have removed Office 2000 and reloaded it. No help.
