Outlook should check to see if outgoing mail contains attachment

Outlook should add a feature where if the subject or message body of an email
says "Attached" or "Attachment" it will automatically look for an attachment
and prompt the user if there is not one. This would prevent you receiving (or
sending) and email to 200 people stating "Attached are the results from last
month's study" and forgetting the attachment. If outlook sees the keywords
and does not see an attachment, it can simply prompt the user with a window
stating "it looks like you were trying to send an attachment, but nothing is
attached...are you sure you want to send?"
