Outlook should be password protected if you want it to be

I need to protect all of ourlook I would like for it to ask for a password
evertime i bring it up

Are you using pst files? If so, dead easy. Right Click on Personal
Folders, choose properties, click on Advanced, and add a password. This
doesn't password protect Outlook per se, but it puts a password on your
pst file.
