Outlook should allow the notation of conflicting mtgs being held

Outlook 2003 Calendar Meeting Notice Function Modification:

The organization and the level at which I work requires that I am aware of
meetings being held (put on the calendar) even though I have no intention of
attending. The limitation of acceptance, tentative acceptance, or
declination does not send the right message to the meeting organizer. If one
declines the meeting it falls off the calendar (not an option for me), if one
tentatively accepts or accepts it states one might or will attend.
two solutions: when meeting is declined, option for keeping on calendar as
notation; or add fourth option to accept as notation only.

G'Day Manager!

Use your High Level to influence IT Policy.

Create a resource 'Meetings', and mandate that ALL meetings
shall invite 'Meetings' to the meeting, and that 'Meetings' shall
always accept.

Arrange that all Managers at your High Level have access to the
'Meetings' Calendar, and will therefore always be advised of all
meetings - invited or not.

Of course a custom 'Meeting' application, organised by thread,
would also be nice.

(I hope that WA is NOT Western Australia - we can't afford High
Level Managers down under.)
