Outlook should allow manual email REJECTION notifications for spam

Outlook should allow a manual email rejection notification to be sent to
confuse junk spammers instead of just a "junk email folder" (which lets
spammers know they are sending to a valid address).

If the spammer is using a their own return address then your suggestion has
QUITE the reverse effect! However, spammers do NOT use their own return
address but forge someone else's, so that innocent person will get all YOUR
"spam rejection" mails.
the best solution is just to delete them. And anyway, how can putting a mail
into your junk folder tell the spammer they have a real address? They send
out so many that a non-reply won't even register!

then it would be the most pointless feature as most spammers don't use real
addresses. and if the message is accepted and rejected hours later, it only
says you are trying to fool them and they'd add your valid address to more
lists. Just delete and be done with it.
