outlook shortcut bar

I accidently removed the Outlook Shortcuts bar group.
Is there a way to get it back or do I just have to recreate a new group and
add shortcuts to it?

You should be able to click on "View" then "Outlook Bar"

The outlook bar has been been removed, the group called "Outlook Shortcuts"
has been removed.
