Outlook shared calender Urgent Enquiry!!!!

OK, my question is: how would one go about creating a shared gorup calender
in MS Outlooki 2000. THis is for a small business LAN of about 20 people.
Thye option I've been recommended is www.groupcalendar.com, but this seems
pretty pricey. Currently, we need to be able to combine the meetings in
individual calendars, to procude one common calendar to see when people are
available. Resource sharing would be nice but is not essential.
Therefore:
1) Is it possible to do yourself, through Access, without the need for
purchsing add-ons/patches
2)Is there a cheaper alternative than the one mentioned above and
3)What is the best solution, in your experience?
