If you don't pay for the premium account, then you can't access Hotmail's
POP server.
You can access your free webmail account with the newer Windows Live Mail.
I downloaded Outlook Connection from Microsoft and installed it in Outlook.
It set up my hotmail account. I tried sending an email to my hotmail address
from another account and it worked ok.
