Outlook sends mail when typing an S key. (no ctl key modifier)

I have a user who has a Dell laptop with an external keyboard. The OS is XP
Pro, and it's Outlook 2002. Service Pack 2 is installed for the OS but I'm
not sure on Office. Everyone else in my office has the same general setup and
this is the only machine doing this.

I'm sure she hasn't added her own custome keyboard assignments, but when
she's typing and hits the S key, it sends the mail. I've replaced the
keyboard, and the problem stopped for several weeks but is now occurring
again.

Any ideas? I know she's not hitting the CTL key accidently and doing a
ctl-s send, but I'm out of ideas.

Have you tried another keyboard?
If this is an external keyboard, maybe it's been packed and otherwise
handled somewhat roughly, causing the CTRL button contacts to get stuck. It
would appear to function properly, but the contacts are internal.
At least if you tried another keyboard, this would be ruled out.
