outlook sends an extra message all the time?

Everytime i send some messages from outlook 2007 it always sends an extra
one? i.e. if i sent 3 in outbox it says "sending 4...." There are no records
of this extra message and all virus scans, spyware are clean?. I cannot find
the solution to this anywhere - somebody please help me!.. Thanks

I thought I was nuts. I have the same issue. B2TR version. If I send one it
shows as sending message 3 of 3. While I don't really care how many it says
it is sending as long as it doesn't actually send the same person 3 copies of
my message.

Perhaps an undeliverable read receipt. If you were using Outlook 2003, I'd
recommend http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/delete_rr.htm but I don't know
how applicable to Outlook 2007 this is.
