Outlook Outlook sending issue on Metaframe

When a user is logged into A citrix metarame xp box and runs outlook, his messages are getting stuck in the outbox. They send fine when he is logged in locally on his laptop.

I receive the following error code after pressing <F9>:

"Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80040119) : 'Unknown Error 0x80040119'"

Cached/uncached didn't make a difference
The user is not running any PSTs.
The metaframe box is Windows 2003.
Operating System:Windows 2003

UPDATE: found that a setting within advanced email options is causing the mail to stick within the outbox.

Tools -> Options -> E-Mail Options -> Advance Settings " In folders other than inbox, save replies with original message"

is selected.. this error is reproducible.. it may be a patch that is need on outlook on portal.

A temporary work around is to deselect this box…
