Outlook Security Template (Attachments)

Can someone tell me the steps to follow in order to install the Outlook
Security Template? I went to the Office Assistance Center but it didn't tell
me whether the admin.pak is installed on the server, whether the template is
customized and published to a public folder from a client machine, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

instructions are part of the admin pack download. It includes a custom form
that you must publish to a public folder named Outlook Security Settings.

I was trying to add the registry key for distribution but I didn't see the
subkey on the Exchange Server or My Computer:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\POLICIES\MICROSOFT\SECURITY

Is there something I need to install first? What I have done so far is
install the Trusted Code Control on my computer and save the Security Form.
Also, Office was not deployed to clients with System Policies.

If the subkey does not exist, you will need to add it.
