Outlook security setting

Recently I've been told by people receiving emails from me
that when they open the email the following message
appears, "Your current security setting prohibits running
ActiveX controls on this page. As a result the page may
not display correctly" They all say that my emails are the
only ones they receive that gives them this message. What
might be the problem? Do I need to change a setting
somewhere, if so what and where? Thanks

What kind of mails are you sending? Do they include anything? Does this also
happen when you send an empty message (or one that just holds the word
"test")?
