Outlook Search/Find feature

Hello,

As per an ongoing Audit policy. We need to look for
specific words in some mailboxes. I tried the find?
advanced find feature but could not find a way to look for
an excat word. For instance: If I need to look for the
exact word brooks, I don't need the search results to come
up with holbrooks as well as brooks. Any ideas?
