Outlook - Saving attachments

I am working with a client machine running Office 2003. They receive a
newsletter quite frequently. The attachment is a .htm file always named the
same. After a while the attachments can't be opened or saved. I resolved it
once for my associate but am not sure what I did to resolve it. Anyway it is
back again. I read on some blog that there is a limit of 100 attachments with
the same name. How do I clear it or fix this problem.
