outlook safe distribution list

I would like to set up a distribution list that uses the
bcc field for the members of the list to protect the
identities of the persons on the list but still takes
advantage of the personalized to: field for each member.
Help would be appreciated.

You can't do this by using the BCC field then. Use the Mail Merge option
from within Word instead.
