Outlook running off screen

Outlook is running but somewhere off the screen. How can I restore the program so that I can view it?
 
Hi,

While the program is in focus (meaning it is the active window, you can tell
by looking at the taskbar), hit alt+space+m, then use the arrow keys to
bring the program window back to center screen. Hit <enter> when it is where
you want it.

Or it could mean that OL simply hasnt shutdown correctly, if yr seeing it in
running processess. Simply end the process and then start OL
