outlook rules wizard

when i set up my rules in microsoft outlook - its 2002 - i
can't get the rules wizard to work - what am i doing wrong?
my first rule is:
apply this rule after message comes arrives
from (e-mail address removed) move it to the ... folder

please help

Did you turn on the rule? Have you tried running it manually first?
