Outlook rules deploy

Hello,
I'd like to deploy an Outlook rule to a mass number of users using a
script via group policy. Is this possibile and if so will this effect
their current outlook rules?

I dn't know if that's possible, but if it is, it can surely affect the
behavior of existing rules or the behavior of the deployed rule. Rules can
be order-dependent. If a person, for example, has a catch-all rule (i.e.,
one that comes last and operates on all incoming messages), then the rule
you deploy will come after that rule, most likely, and simply may not do
anything because it will never be seen.
