Outlook requires the Window Installet

I am having various problems with my PC. I have aready run antivirus and
antispyware programs.

Outlook will try to open, but come up with either "Thsi program requires
Window Installer to run" and/or insufficient virtual memory. Othet
programs will not open with a pop-up indicating insifficient resources.

Any help?

Post to one of the Outlook newsgroups with version information.

Thamks, I did. But I believe it is a windows xp problem, not an outlook
problem, as various programs complain about ensufficient resources.

It's still MOSTLY about Outlook (whichever version it might be).

Exact error message text also helps.
