Reference Outlook XP (2002)

I would like the reply message to have "Memo Style" for
the page setup. Does anyone know how to change the
standard page setup to Memo Style?

Thanks,

Sorry, but I don't understand what you're trying to do. "Memo Style" is a
print style in Outlook.

Here's what I'm talking about.
If you open an Outlook message then click file | page
setup, the page setup indicates "memo style" for the page
when printing that page.

If I reply to the message and want to print my reply prior
to sending, I would like the file | page setup to be "memo
style" also not the standard page setup. It does this on
an older machine, but doesn't seem to do it on any of my
new systems. Even though they are all using the same OS
and Outlook version. I would like to find the place where
I can change the style associated with the reply message.

Thanks,
Steve

Ah, you're using WordMail as your editor, right? Unsent messages use Word
for printing. If you want the Outlook-style printout, you'll have to wait to
print the sent message after it arrives in the Sent Items folder.

Sue, thank you very much. You're hint was exactly what I
needed to fix the problem. As it turns out, if you turn
off word as the editor you can select "memo Style" as the
page setup and you can then print the message with the
header information prior to sending the message.

Again - Thanks so much for the help!
Steve
