outlook refuses to connect

i set up my hotmail account in microsoft outlook 2003. I am using DSL
connection

However, the outlook gives me error messeges and refuses to download the
messeges

I set up another account which is Yahoo mail. Also, the outlook keep asking
me for the password all the time and doesnot finish downloading the emails.

can you help me please?
