The idea is to create a rule whereby all email addresses in a particular
folder are automatically sent to that folder subsequently. Example: Create a
folder called "Job leads" . The first time a new recruiter sends me an email
I put it in the Job leads folder. Next time he sends me an email it is
automatically diverted to the job leads folder. A rule similar to this exists
but is based on the contents of the address book. My way is easier, more
inuitive and more flexible, i.e., creating different folders for different
auto-diversion rules. Thanks.

FiIne, then. The next time you receive such a mesage and are reading it,
right-click its header and choose Create Rule. Check the appropriate box,
like the From box, select the folder to which it should be moved, click OK
and you're all set. How hard is that?
