Outlook Reading Pane

Microsoft Outlook 2003 team should expediently correct these issues:
1. Allow drafts folder to enable reading pane
2. Allow global set reading pane on/off switch.

Current behaviour is unacceptable and unproductive (despite Microsoft's
advertisements exhorting its office productiveness over users of competitors
as dinosaurs). Otherwise I'll turn into a dinosaur soon while using Outlook
2003.

1) Done in Outlook 2007. For a work around for Outlook 2003 see
http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/draftsreadingpane.htm

2) Already possible; simply modify the default messages view through;
View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Define Views
or
Start Outlook with the /nopreview switch
