Outlook quit working

I have tried to run office diagnostics but a pain in the ass little window
pops up to inform me I do not have proper permissions, vista is a pain in the
asss. I have only one user account, it is the administrator account, I have
set every single permission to allow myself on my own computer to manipulate
files yet I can't run office diagnostics becuase I as the admin on my
computer do not have the permissions?>????????????? how the hell can I
possibly get any more permissions??????? anyone have a clue here??

It is a good thing I am switching my major to computer science because I am
going to have to debug my operating systems my self because microsoft is
outsourcing to idiots.

It would appear you have altered Vista settings, I dont have any such issues
with outlook on my Vista PC or permissions.
Post the permissions Q to a Vista group, creating a user account named
Administrator, or with Admin privileges is not necessarily the same as
running as an administrator

I set the admin account to Owner status and enabled every possible permission
listed and it did not work. IT said Icould try to create a new user and try
again.
