We Are on Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 SP2. This is a two part
question
1. We have several Brokers in our office and the secretary must send
out a "Broadcast" Email for their prospective clients. We need to have
her be able to select a custom sender in the From field. for example
MYCompany Or MYCompany2 or Broker1 or Broker2 so it appears that way
to the recipient even though she is actually sending it through her
account. She must be able to quickly select from about eight different
names and our company name in the from field.
2. We also need for her to be able to select a custom reply address
such as (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed) ect... Again
she is still sending it through her email account. but when the
recipient gets the email it will look like it came from mycompany and
when they reply it will reply to whomever she selected to receive the
reply.
Is this possible and if so how do I go about setting it up.
TIA
