Outlook.pst

Suddenly, I have the files (1) Outlook.pst and (2) Copy of Outlook.pst. I
tried to get rid of the Copy file, but WinXP Pro gives an error message to
the effect that Windows cannot delete Outlook.pst when another person or
program are using it. The only problems are: that I am the sole user of my
computer, there is not another program running, and I was deleting the Copy
file. [I even examined the programs listed in the Task Manager, but Outlook
was not there.]

How would I delete the Copy?
