Outlook PST backups

When I try to backup my PST file, the backup program tells me it cannot
back it up because it is locked. This is true even if I have quit
Outlook. I can perform the backup only if I have not run Outlook since
booting. THis is a pain - is there a way around it?

No, that's not it - I checked the Task Manager and Outlook.exe is not
running in the Processes list - unless it runs under another name?

Do you get the same error message when you try to copy the pst-file
manually?

Yes - "...another process has locked a portion of the file."

I discovered the problem - it was Yahoo Desktop Search that was locking
the file - once I stop YDS I can copy/backup without problems (after
quitting Outlook).
