Outlook Problems

Trying to "FORWARD" a message and get "STARTING WORD AS
YOUR EMAIL EDITOR". I get the hour glass and nothing
happens. This message has never come up before.
 
Sounds like an problem that an Outlook newsgroup would
have the solution for.
